An investigation into the business imperative of flexibility and work/life balance in a post-covid world
After a year of being forced to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are about to enter a new phase: Given the choice, what work models will companies choose? How will these affect employee well-being, productivity, talent recruitment, and retention? What constitutes the optimal work/life balance?
Deliverables: A custom website including a barometer, a report, case studies, and articles. The campaign amplification assets included social media, newsletters, and display media banners.
